Harry L. Mashburn
Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Mashburn concentrates his efforts on developing and monitoring the company's marketing, sales and estimating goals and activities, in addition to annual billing, profit goals and strategic planning. He is ultimately responsible for the successful completion of all contracts.
Lynn M. Shealy
President and
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Shealy works closely with all Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure that he has first hand knowledge of all projects under construction. He establishes company-wide policies for the field operations and oversees the company’s equipment yard operation and the procurement of new equipment.
Jane C. Andrews
Vice President, Administration
Ms. Andrews oversees the day-to-day operation of the office. She is responsible for supervision of administrative personnel, and monitoring of all the company’s insurance and benefit programs, as well as the bonding program. 

Paul Mashburn
Vice President, Operations

Paul Mashburn is the company’s Vice President of Coastal Divisions which includes the Charleston and Myrtle Beach offices. He is responsible for the day to day operations of both offices. A 1991 Building Science graduate from Clemson University he has worked in every aspect of the construction process from field supervision to estimating to project manager and currently in operations.  Previously Paul was the Director of Integrated Services which focused on projects that were delivered through the design build and partnering process.

Lee Mashburn
Vice President, New Business
Lee Mashburn is Vice President, New Business for Mashburn Construction and is responsible for managing the company’s business development efforts in Columbia, Charleston and Myrtle Beach.  Lee is a 1996 Civil Engineering graduate from the University of South Carolina. Having previously worked in both estimating and production Lee brings added value to our clients during the planning and development stages of a project by helping to manage the preconstruction process through to contract negotiations.
Robert Parsons
Chief Financial Officer

Robert Parsons joined Mashburn Construction In August 2004. He oversees the financial operations of the company. Establishes operating procedures and controls. Robert has been instrumental in designing financial reports and the implementation of standard costs.
