February 12, 2010- Mashburn Construction Company, Inc. is proud to announce the groundbreaking of The SCRA USC Innovation Center in Columbia, South Carolina. The building will include a new 8,000 SF corporate office for SCRA and approximately 58,000 SF of white box space for future tenants.
SCRA is providing a facility in Columbia designed to house high-tech companies emerging from research at the University of South Carolina and entering commercialization and light manufacturing stages. The facility is situated and designed to stimulate and sustain clean next-generation manufacturing. The construction schedule calls for a Summer occupancy.
