Mashburn Construction is pleased to announce that Lee Mashburn will serve as a member of the March of Dimes Board of Directors, South Carolina Chapter. The March of Dimes dreams of a day when no baby will be born too small or too soon. Unfortunately, every hour of every day, 58 babies are born too small and have to fight to survive. Every hour, more than three of these babies die before they reach their first birthday. Right here in South Carolina, our preterm birth rates are some of the highest in the nation, with 1 in every 6 babies born premature.
