Mashburn Construction is pleased to announce the grand opening of LRADAC. LRADAC is the premier provider of prevention, intervention and treament services in Richland and Lexington Counties for alcohol and drug affected citizens. The new 60,079 SF building houses 80 employees and will consolidate its operations into one administrative and service center. Contruction elements are conventional steel, metal stud infill, standing seam metal roof, and brick veneer. The building steps down in three distinct phases to take advantage of the grade of the site. The facility is contructed following environmentally sustainable construction best practices necessary for attaining Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.
