Mashburn Construction of Columbia is pleased to join Lexington County and the Lexington Richland Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council (LRADAC) in the announcement of the grand opening of their respective new offices at Red Bank Crossing.
In the newly renovated 55,000 SF building, three agencies will conduct operations to further their mission of service to the community. These agencies include; SC Department of Social Services, SC Department of Health and Human Services and Lexington County Community Mental Health Center. MBAJ Architects of Charlotte designed this project.
LRADAC’s new 10,870 SF single-story office building is built on an outparcel of Red Bank Crossing. This is Mashburn’s 2nd project after completing LRADAC’s Headquarters project in Columbia. LRADAC kept the same design and construction team of LTC Associates and Mashburn Construction for this satellite office. Mashburn’s services included preconstruction consulting and construction management. The project consists of site work, concrete footings and slab on grade, steel and brick veneer exterior walls, metal roof trusses, plywood deck and asphalt shingle roofing, aluminum wood clad windows and doors, and interior upfit.
