Mashburn Construction is pleased to welcome Zach Bearden, RLA, LEED® AP, to the company’s Charleston, SC, office as Business Developer. Zach graduated from the University of Georgia Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, licensed Landscape Architect in the state of South Carolina, and a Certified Arborist by the International Society of Arboriculture. Zach is a member of the Congress for New Urbanism, the American Society of Landscape Architecture, the International Society of Arboriculture, and is an associate member of the AIA. He is an active member of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce Developers Council, Public Policy Committee, and a recent graduate of Leadership Charleston. Zach currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Mount Pleasant Rotary Club and the Coastal Executive Committee for ULI South Carolina. In 2009 he was chosen as one of the Charleston Regional Business Journal’s 40 under 40. Zach lives in Mt. Pleasant with his wife Meredith and 5 month old son Walker.
