Mashburn Construction Selected To
Build $7 Million Burroughs & Chapin Project
Burroughs and Chapin Company, Inc.
has selected Mashburn Construction Company, Inc. to build a $7 Million
addition and expansion at their corporate offices in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
The construction includes a 45,000 SF, 3 story, new office building adjacent
to the Founders Center. The 1st and the 3rd floors will be totally
upfitted and the 3rd floor will contain a 2600 SF Data Center.
Architect for the project is LS3P Associates, Ltd.
Clarendon Memorial
Hospital Chooses Mashburn for Addition/Renovation
Clarendon Memorial Hospital has
contracted with Mashburn Construction to construct a addition/renovation of
their facility located in Manning, SC. The construction will include
3,400 SF of new floor space and the renovation of 12,319 SF of the existing
facility. This is an approximately $2 million construction project.
The architect for the project is LS3P Associates, LTD.
Mashburn
Construction To Build New Irmo Medical Center
Mashburn Construction has been award the construction contract for a new
60,000 SF medical office building in Irmo, SC. The building will have
7,000 SF of finished core area and 2,500 SF of store front. The total
contract awarded for this new construction is $3.1 million dollars.
The architect for the project is Jenkins, Hancock & Sides.
New Education Facility for
Chapin Baptist
Mashburn Construction was awarded the contract to build at
38,000 SF education facility for Chapin Baptist Church. The
educational facility will be house the youth, pre-school and elementary
grades. The cost of the construction project is $3 million. The
architect for the project is McAbee Architects, Inc.
Saturn of Columbia selects
Mashburn Construction for Facility Addition
Mashburn Construction has been
selected again by Saturn of Columbia to build a $1.1 million addition to
their current facility at 736 Jamil Road in Columbia, SC. Mashburn
constructed the original buildings for Saturn of Columbia. The
addition consists of a 12,500 SF connector between the two existing Saturn
buildings. The new addition will include a Customer Reception area and
a fifteen stall service garage. The architect for the project is LTC
Associates, LLC.
