The new 61,622 square foot skilled nursing facility offers 108 total beds (40 semi-private and 28 private).

Mashburn worked closely with the design team during preconstruction to provide constructability reviews and detailed scope narratives, thus reducing costs for the Owner without sacrificing quality. The process allowed the Owners to stay in control of the project budget from conceptual planning through completion.

The building is steel framed, slab on grade, brick veneer with architectural shingle roofing. Specialized amenities include walk-in bath tubs, indoor pool, sports bar and fully equipped Nautilus gym. A courtyard is complete with decorative landscaping and fountain.
