St. Mary’s Episcopal Church

The new sanctuary at St. Mary’s is a unique application of tilt-up concrete construction that achieved the congregation’s desired aesthetic while also providing a cost effective solution for a compressed construction schedule. Upon selection by the building committee, Mashburn partnered with the church’s architect to design and build the new 7,378 square foot sanctuary as well as providing 6,834 square feet of renovation to existing spaces.

This traditionally designed sanctuary is complete with an upfit package that includes an outstanding red oak floor throughout, full MEP and sound systems, and finishes. Mashburn also coordinated with the church’s selected audio consultant to ensure proper installation of the system. This project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.

This project was honored with the Excellence in Achievement Award from the Tilt-Up Concrete Association.
