Preconstruction Manager

Manages all aspects of preconstruction process to establish costs for construction projects. Compiles and analyzes information from all clients and stakeholders to identify requirements for the design process and schedules and monitors the flow of information and progress of design to ensure complete and timely issuance of deliverable.
Plumber Apprentice

An entry-level plumber working under a licensed plumber/supervisor to assist with tasks that include cutting and assembling pipes, cleaning job sites, responding to client inquiries, and assisting the plumber in other daily tasks.
Project Manager

Works closely with the preconstruction manager during the planning phase of every project to provide continuity in all phases. Conducts preconstruction meetings with assigned personnel from each subcontractor and evaluates contract documents to plan start and completion times, as well as to determine the staffing requirements for each phase of construction. Oversees and assists with construction supervision, develops construction means and methods, ensures materials and workmanship conform to plans and specifications, and ensures that all safety requirements are met.
Assistant Project Manager

Assists in all management and field activities for the project. Main responsibilities will be invoicing, documentation of all meeting minutes, correspondence, and submittal coordination and flow.
Project Engineer

Responsible for the coordination of submittals and RFI’s. Assists with tracking material deliveries, schedule updates and progress reporting and will be responsible for coordinating all closeout activities including obtaining the operations and maintenance manuals. Coordinates with the Owner regarding any training, warranties and stock materials and will assist the Superintendent with the on-site management of operations.
