Pre-Construction

Construction Management
Mashburn performs nearly 90% of our annual volume through construction management services, most performed for repeat clients. Design-Build
A large portion of Mashburn’s work is performed using a collaborative delivery method such as Design-Build. This collaboration facilitates a team dynamic where everyone is working toward the common goal of project success. Throughout this process, we ensure subcontractor and owner involvement, careful and thorough project documents, and team cooperation to control costs.
