Columbia, S.C. — On June 17 LAMBERT Architecture + Construction, Agape Senior and Mashburn Construction accepted the Honor Award for 1614, 1620 & 1626 Main Street.
The ceremony was held to "recognized exceptional accomplishments in the preservation, rehabilitation, and interpretation of South Carolina's architectural and cultural heritage" and was sponsored by the Palmetto Trust for Historic Preservation, the S.C. Department of Archives and History and the office of the lt. Governor.
The 43,000 square foot Agape Main Street Complex includes historic renovation and restoration of three dilapidated buildings on Main Street for the senior health care provider. The mixed-use development now provides premium office, retail and healthcare space in the heart of downtown.
