Irmo, S.C.— Back in November, Jason Bittner (Project Manager), Brian Johnston (Vice President of Construction, Columbia Division), Stephanie Morgan (Preconstruction Manager) and Tyler Walker (Project Engineer) participated in Dutch Fork Middle School Career Day.
They gave a brief presentation on the reality of the construction industry explaining the ins and outs of the preconstruction, project manager, superintendent and project engineer roles for a general contracting firm like Mashburn. The kids then completed a Lego activity in which they were assigned the different job roles. We were so glad the students enjoyed having us and look forward to returning next year!
