Greenville, S.C. — Mashburn Construction's Greenville office has moved to downtown location.
Tomorrow is the first day of business in the new Greenville office. The 18 E. North Street building is a renovation project the company took on in March. Formerly the Elks Lodge, 18 E. North Street was renovated to retain specific historic features while updating the space for modern use. Interior features that were refurbished in the four-story building include doors, flooring and walls.
"After renovation, the building is now on the National Historic Registry, and the Mashburn team is excited to work in the vibrant atmosphere of downtown Greenville," said Danny Schaaf, Vice President Upstate Division.
Mashburn Construction will utilize Suite 301. The first floor is a retail space while the rest of the building (second through fourth floors) is office space.
The Greenville office telephone and fax numbers remain the same. The new mailing address is 18 E. North Street Greenville, South Carolina 29601
