Mashburn Construction Celebrates Prestigious Award
Columbia, S.C. — Mashburn Construction is pleased to announce their award for being one of the Best Places to Work in South Carolina for 2024. The award, given by SC Biz News and Best Companies Group, Inc. recognizes companies in various categories who meet or exceed satisfaction surveys completed by employees. The survey focuses on the following categories: Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communications, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment, Relationship with Supervisor, Training, Development and Resources, Pay and Benefits, and Overall Engagement.
This award is the second time in five years that Mashburn has received this honor. The firm prides itself on living out their vision of being “the builder of choice, the builder of people, and the builder of better communities.” Out of the Medium Size company category, Mashburn placed 4th out of 46 companies.
