Columbia, S.C.— Mashburn Construction is proud to announce the addition of several new team members across its Charleston and Myrtle Beach offices, further strengthening the company’s growing coastal presence.

Edwin Rivera has been hired as Project Executive for the Charleston office. He has 30 years of experience in the construction industry and will serve as a key leader on the management team.

Tom Miner brings more than 35 years of experience to the Myrtle Beach team, serving as a Senior Preconstruction Manager. He and his family recently relocated to Myrtle Beach from Michigan.

Charlie Hale joins Mashburn as an Assistant Project Manager in the Charleston office, where he will primarily support the Upfit Division. He is a graduate of Clemson University with a background in the electrical industry.

Andrew Headley will be an Assistant Project Manager out of the Charleston office. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 2023 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

Paul Baggett has been hired as a Superintendent for the Charleston area. He has more than 10 years of experience in commercial construction.

Charlie Crabtree will be an Assistant Superintendent. He has 5 years of experience in the residential construction industry.

R.O. Ward has been hired as an Assistant Superintendent for the Myrtle Beach office. He has extensive experience in the plumbing industry, as well as more than 10 years of healthcare-focused construction experience.

Dane Buffardi joins Mashburn full-time as a Project Engineer after previously serving as an intern with the company. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee.

Erick Cruz will join the Myrtle Beach team as a Project Engineer. A native of Myrtle Beach, he brings more than 10 years of local construction experience to the team.
