Florence, S.C. — Amidst changing market demands, the client selected Mashburn to assist with the repositioning of their existing community. Changes address the evolving needs of residents and growing expectations for increased quality of lifestyle.
Capitalizing on existing structures, the new plan rejuvenates and extends the lifespan of the CCRC. The community offers 64 new assisted living apartments, 12 new memory care rooms, and six new skilled nursing rooms, as well as a destination amenity courtyard.
Designers will embrace the Neo-Georgian character of the existing community, while addressing the need for growth. The estimated completion date is July 2016.
