Wellness: Easy Baked Chicken Wings

Mashburn is so fortunate to have a Wellness Committee who are Building Better Bodies with our employees. They recently provided this great recipe with us, and we wanted to share!
Easy Baked Chicken Wings
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste (minimum salt)
1 tsp garlic powder
2 teaspoons chili powder
3 tablespoons olive oil
10 chicken wings
Preheat oven to 375'. Combine all seasoning and oil in a large resealable bag, seal and shake. Add the chicken wings, reseal and shake. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet and cook for one hour or until crispy and cooked all the way through. You will want to double or triple the recipe because they are so good!
