This project was a historic renovation and adaptive reuse buildings, 1728-1730 Main Street Columbia, SC. The two buildings were converted into a mix-use development including a medical spa on the first floor and luxury Airbnbs on the second and third floors of each building. A second flight of stairs was added to extend the existing stairs up to the third level.
