This historic renovation transformed a dilapidated, three-story home into office space for the College of Charleston’s English department. The project scope included the restoration of all interior and exterior historic materials, the addition of a wheelchair accessible ramp, a new roof, landscaping, the removal and disposal of hazardous materials, new MEP systems and new sprinkler and fire alarm systems. Mashburn simultaneously renovated the neighboring building for the same purpose.
