Mashburn constructed a 30,000 SF commercial building located in the Upper Peninsula on Meeting Street at the western terminus of Willian Street. The building was built over a podium with most of the parking being located at the back of the building with additional surface parking available. The building is supported by a steel structure with metal stud, and skinned in painted masonry with unstruck mortar joints. The entire building featured floor to ceiling windows, and a significant amount of glazing. The ground floor retail glazing was a mix of storefront on the side facing Meeting Street and painted wood doors and windows on the side facing Riker Street. The patio area off the side retail featured a paver sidewalk and patio area as an additional feature to the retail space.
