Design Build 200,000 SF warehouse addition to an existing manufacturing facility. The building is comprised of structural steel, load bearing tilt panel walls with dock doors and staging area. This project was completed under very aggressive scheduling. Construction integrated with the operations and traffic flow of the existing 460,000 SF facility. It is a true design-build project where the contractor is responsible for managing the architect.
