This design-build project includes a tilt-panel warehouse and corporate office facility for ATS Logistics, a warehousing, transportation and freight management service company. The 133,000 SF warehouse houses a racking system with 25 overhead doors along the main corridor to provide access for trucks. The office space includes 8,500 SF for ATS and 7,500 SF for US Customs. Office areas include private offices, large working areas, break room, conference room, meeting room, and a separate break room and restroom for the warehouse workers.
