BB&T Renovation
Spartanburg, SC
This project was the renovation of a 7,200 SF building, which had been abandoned for five years. Interior existing finishes throughout the space were demolished including wallpaper, flooring, ceiling tile, and plumbing fixtures. New finishes included plumbing fixtures, drywall finishes, flooring, HVAC and light fixtures. Exterior scope included revising the existing parking to accommodate two handicap parking spaces as well as installing a handicap ramp to make the building ADA compliant. New landscaping included removal and pruning of existing bushes, planting new bushes in front and laying new mulch and sod. Coordination was required between Mashburn subcontractors and multiple owner contractors, including security and ATM vendors. BB&T was able to move in and open the building on their original scheduled opening date.
