Bender Street Park

Mashburn teamed up with Stantec and Liollio Architecture to complete a new waterfront park at the end of Bender Street in West Ashley. The scope of work included construction of a new 5,707 SF multi-purpose building, along with restrooms, an open-air pavilion, decking, a previous path, a playground and parking. The scope also included grading, drainage, utilities, hardscape, landscaping, site lighting, irrigation and signage for a new City of Charleston park overlooking the Ashley River.
