Celebrity Square Renovations

This multiple-phased project renovated several building façade locations at Celebrity Square at Broadway at the Beach.

Phase 1A included façade renovation of approximately 31,000 square feet with new steel, cast stone, storefront, EIFS, metal railings, and canopies to provide Hard Rock Café an updated exterior façade to match their modern restaurant look.

Phase 1B encompassed the renovation of 27,817 SF of façade with new steel, masonry, cast stone, storefront, and EIFS in order to provide a brand new exterior for the new American Tap House restaurant.

Phase 2 included renovating 31,133 SF of façade with new steel, cast stone, brick, storefront, EIFS, and awnings to provide additional renovated exterior façades for Crocodile Rocks and Broadway Louie’s, which are both long-standing Celebrity Square destinations.

Phase 3 involved renovating 39,359 SF of façade with new steel, cast stone, brick, storefront, EIFS, and awnings to provide renovated exterior façades and new updated looks for Malibu’s Surf Bar and Oz night clubs as well as a renovated exterior façade that included a greenwall for the new Wahlburgers restaurant.
