New 25,000 SF medical office building with a 17,500 SF Oncology upfit. Building features include precast brick and EIFS exterior, glass handrails, high-end wood casework and cork flooring. Special features include a reflecting pond and water wall elements.

Mashburn teamed early with the developer and architect. We started with an initial budget for the shell early in the process and worked closely with the design team to ensure the final design reflected the approved budget.
