This project was a 1,141 SF restaurant upfit in downtown Charleston, SC at 252 Coming Steet. The contractor scope included demolition, concrete, woodwork, doors/frames/hardware, drywall, ACT, tiling, polished concrete, urethane concrete flooring and toilet accessories, as well as plumbing, mechanical and electrical. The Owner scope included casework/millwork, painting and a fire sprinkler. Extensive work was performed on the historic features including refurbishing the tin ceiling and concrete floors. Mashburn overcame structural and water/sewer challenges as well as delays to complete the project.
