Mashburn completed the construction management at-risk delivery of a two-story business school for Columbia International University. It was constructed to include collaborative meeting spaces for young business professionals and student groups. The project featured several open study spaces, a lobby with collaborative space, an auditorium, a boardroom, a break room, a media center, a faculty suite and an office for the dean. The project was completed ahead and of schedule and under budget. This building was constructed on a school campus with two other projects being built simultaneously by Mashburn.
