Coastal Cancer Center

The Coastal Cancer Center project was comprised of both addition and renovations. The 18,000 SF addition consisted of new exam rooms, a work space, lead lined PET CT and CT areas, a clean room, and associated patient support and prep rooms. Renovations of the existing 15,000 SF facility included new mechanical and fire protection as well as new labs, new chemotherapy treatment areas and office upfits.

The existing roof was also removed and replaced. Mashburn partnered with the owner, architect, and the design team to provide preconstruction consulting and input on cost saving ideas. Working to keep the Center in operation during construction, Mashburn’s team worked diligently to minimize disruption during construction.
