The structure that resided at 131 Spring Street was upfitted into an office building in the downtown area of Charleston. The building previously served as an automotive service station throughout the 1950’s. In 2004, Mashburn had renovated the space and added 3,000 SF to the building to transform it into a florist shop. For this project, Mashburn added a full kitchen and shower to an open-concept office space. The office space also featured multiple meeting rooms and conference areas. The scope of work included exterior and interior paint and finishes.
