Collective Clubhouse

Mashburn completed the renovation of the clubhouse for The Collective at Clemson, a premier off campus student housing development. Mashburn renovated the interior spaces to provide a new leasing office, new quiet study spaces, new private collaborative spaces, and a new gathering space complete with new game tables. The renovation also included a new synthetic turf workout area in the club gym.
