Mashburn was selected for the Cross Hill Market grocery-anchored retail center. The total Center is 72,000 SF, which includes the renovation of a 35,000 SF former grocery, two additions to the existing building and two stand-alone retail outparcels.

Our team worked closely with each tenant to customize a façade that was consistent to the overall environment. Construction materials include brick, stucco, storefront glass, and decorative awnings. The Market is pedestrian friendly with sidewalks and curb-cuts.
