14,000 square foot renovation and expansion of an existing building into a full service shooting sports facility including Education and Hospitality, Retail and Service, and an Indoor Range. The indoor range area offers a 12-lane divided arrangement creating two 6-lane indoor ranges. Scope included interior and exterior modifications as well as site improvements, which involved upgrades and expansion of the parking lot, stormwater management, landscaping and site lighting. Construction is load-bearing masonry (CMU) with a bar joist supported roof system.
