Del Webb Amenity Center at Nexton

Mashburn constructed an amenity center within the master-planned community of Nexton. The center consisted of both indoor and outdoor space for amenities. The project was a single-story building with structural steel, metal trusses, an asphalt shingle room, storefront and Hardie siding. The amenities provided included tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bocce ball courts, indoor and outdoor spas, an indoor lap pool and an outdoor pool with beach-style entry. A mixture of rooms were housed in the center. These spaces included aerobics rooms, exercise rooms, arts and crafts areas, multipurpose rooms and locker rooms. All entrances to the center had access controls and security cameras were installed throughout the building.
