This project was the commercial upfit of an existing car garage into a daycare facility for dogs in the downtown area of Greenville. The interior of the building was separated into three areas, each serving a designated purpose. At the front of the building there was a retail area while the middle area served as the an indoor daycare space. The back area was designated for grooming and training services. The indoor daycare area was divided into four different play areas, which allowed the dogs to be separated based on size, temper, age and activity level. This project also included 7,800 SF of outdoor renovations. Construction trades for this project included selective demolition, concrete, masonry, miscellaneous metals, wood framing, casework, TPO roofing, doors, framing, hardware, specialty doors, storefront, drywall assemblies, flooring, painting, specialties and MEP work. Sitework for this project included minor grading, new curbs, water and sewer lines to the building, asphalt and site fencing.
