East Cooper Medical Office Building

Mount Pleasant, SC

New, 42,000 square, two-story medical office building located on the East Cooper Medical Center Campus. The facility utilizes tilt panel construction with thin set brick in the panels. The project also included 39,000 SF of upfits for multiple tenants.

Spaces include sports rehabilitation, laboratory and phlebotomy, and OB/GYN services. Each level of the building consists of the elevator lobby area, common corridor as required for tenant layout, public restrooms, building support spaces, and unfinished tenant space.

This project was honored with the Tilt-Up Achievement Award from the Tilt-Up Concrete Association, as well as the Brick in Architecture Bronze Award by the Brick Industry Association.
