Experience Columbia SC retained Mashburn to complete the upfit of 561 SF space in downtown Columbia, SC. The new location offers greater visibility to pedestrians, upgraded technology and the addition of walking tours offered by Historic Columbia. The scope of work includes site, utilities, plumbing, storefront, masonry, electric, roofing, millwork and concrete. The projects location in a busy metropolitan intersection posed certain logistical challenges.
