Frank Theatre Entertainment Complex

Murrells Inlet, SC

Conversion of existing 35,000 SF mall food court and a 30,000 SF theater complex in the Inlet Square Mall to a major entertainment complex. The complex consists of 11 updated theatres, a 16 lane bowling area, a restaurant, a bar and a full arcade and game room.

Work consisted of major demolition, extensive concrete additions and structural framing to allow for the new theatre stadium seating, an elevated bar and elevated bowling areas. Also included high-end finishes, major lighting and controls additions, extensive data and electrical work and new HVAC and plumbing throughout the complex. This 7 month project was completed in less than 4 months.
