Grand Strand Brewing Company

This project is a historic redevelopment of a 14,000 SF mixed-use building. The building will house a brewery on the first floor and 10 small apartment-sized units on the second floor. The brewery is located in the Arts and Innovation District in downtown Myrtle Beach and serves as part of the revitalization efforts in the downtown area.
