Grand Strand Regional Medical Center – Ocean View Education Center

Originally a high school, Grand Strand Regional Medical Center purchased the building to create a facility for nursing classes. Mashburn completed the renovation which consisted of demolition of the existing interior. Scope of work included 5 classrooms, several offices, simulation labs and skills lab. The roof and HVAC system were replaced and new floor plans with all interior finishes were configured. Exterior renovations included replacing the facade around the building and painting the existing brick.
