Haywood Ridge Flex Building

This design-build project offered a flex space to allow for a variety of tenant upfits. The structure allowed for one large tenant or several smaller ones to include light distribution to office space. Challenges of this project included its close proximity to an active airport which required special FAA permits to allow for crane operations. The weather was also a challenge with over 15” of rain from the time the projected started to the end. However, the building was completed one month ahead of the schedule while the site was finished. The project was completed under budget with the savings being returned to the owner.
