Haywood Ridge Pomeroy Upfit

This project included the upfit of an existing shell space to a partial lab space and office space of the remaining area. The scope of work consisted of concrete, miscellaneous metals, casework, doors and hardware, interior storefronts, drywall assemblies, ceilings, paint, flooring, specialties, fire suppression and a complete plumbing, mechanical, and electrical system. We also installed a 500kW generator with an automatic transfer switch for the owner’s use. The project was completed in 75 days.
