Holiday Shores Motel

Mashburn completed the historic renovation of a 1960’s Myrtle Beach Motel, which is listed in the National Register of Historic Places in Myrtle Beach.

We worked to maintain the original “populuxe” style defined by vibrant colors. Some of the original features that were kept and restored include the spiral staircases, lattice brickwork, and the in-ground pool. Design features include bright paint colors, patterned wallpapers, and modern beach-themed furniture and accessories.

The 25,000 square foot renovation of the 29-room hotel included plumbing, mechanical and electrical work along with landscaping and some structural work.
