460,000 square foot, 20-story redevelopment project of the former SCANA building on Columbia’s Main Street. 19 floors were converted from office space to approximately 260 apartment units. All units are fully furnished with custom-designed furniture and a high definition flat screen TV.

Outdoor amenities on the garage rooftop include: a multi-depth swimming pool; hot tub; volleyball court; 20-foot outdoor LED TV screen; and a fire pit. Inside the building, residents have access to a 2,200 square foot fitness center; spa with sauna; steam room; indoor hot tub; study lounges and conference/business centers. The top two floors of the building offer VIP units with private amenities including a hot tub and/or pool table, an upgraded Smart TV and a steam room.

The project team worked diligently to prevent disruption to pedestrian and vehicular traffic during construction on this tight downtown site.
