30,000 SF new public safety building houses both police and fire department headquarters. The three-story facility includes a garage/high bay space, offices and command centers, and living quarters for the firemen. The center of the building provides civilian reception and interface. The complex has an incredible amount of capacity and capability. Various training tools have been incorporated into the building on all floors.

The facility retained 102 parking spaces, with additional parking located beneath the building. The building is constructed on deep pile foundations, has been designed to withstand forces that exceed a Category 3 hurricane and is flood proof up to 17 feet. There are also options for solar powered hot water, permeable parking surfaces and rainwater collection.
