La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery

The new, 16,920 square foot La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery was constructed in response to a demographic boom in the area. Our team was selected based on our positive working relationship with the Owner and recent successful completion of the La-Z-Boy facility in North Charleston.

The gallery features a wide open sales floor with level 5 drywall finishes, multiple radius walls, ceramic tile and carpet flooring, casework ceiling elements and approximately 500 track lights. Other areas include a break room, storage room and a work room with custom cabinetry. Nearly 100 floor box outlets with locations critical to the final furniture layout had to be carefully coordinated during construction.

Despite numerous weather delays, our team finished the project nearly a month ahead of schedule.
