Lexington Medical Center – Sunset Kitchen Renovation

14,000/SF renovation of the existing Sunset kitchen dining area, kitchen, tray wash, service line, and ancillary areas. The project scope included but is not limited to the 14,000 sf renovation of the existing Sunset Cafe and Terrace kitchens on Ground Level of Lexington Medical Center. The project relocated the patient tray line equipment from the Sunset Cafe kitchen to the Terrace kitchen. In addition, replaced the aging and failing underground plumbing line and update the grease waste lines to meet current codes.
