LEED Silver, 60,079 SF building that houses 80 employees and consolidates operations into one administrative and service center. A sixteen‐bed detoxification unit is located on the lower level of the building whereas upper levels consist of group meeting rooms, counseling areas and administration.

The building is conventional steel, metal stud infill, standing seam metal roof, and brick veneer. The building steps down in three distinct phases to take advantage of the grade of the site. LRADAC selected Mashburn through an RFP and interview process.L
