Renovation and upfit of an existing 7,000 square foot restaurant building into a new Mellow Mushroom. The unique submarine theme includes a submarine eating area, a bottle bar tree and porthole windows in doors throughout the space. Our team worked diligently to minimize disruption to the existing and neighboring tenants.
